Update, August 2009

During the month of August, National Grid coordinated the relocation of the overhead utilities along Bridge Street to their original location while Sevenson, National Grid’s remediation contractor, conducted minor restoration activities.

Update, September 2009

During the month of September, National Grid continued the coordination of the relocation of the overhead utilities along Bridge Street to their original location.  GEI Consultants, National Grid’s environmental consultant, collected water levels and performed groundwater sampling for the quarterly GW monitoring program.

Projected, October 2009

During the month of October, the utilities companies will complete the relocation activities of the overhead utilities along Bridge Street to their original location. National Grid and AECOM, National Grid’s environmental consultant, will be meeting with the Village of Sag Harbor to provide a status update of the site and discuss future anticipated work.
